Manago AI launches rebranded platform with agentic AI for e‑commerce marketers
Manago AI, the company formerly known as SALESmanago, announced a rebranding and the release of an upgraded Customer Engagement Platform. The new platform integrates "agentic" artificial intelligence that lets marketers issue natural‑language prompts to analyze customer behavior, generate campaign briefs, and automate execution across multiple channels.
The overhaul also includes a refreshed user experience and a transparent commercial model with clear pricing and flexible plans, aimed at shortening the time from insight to action from days to minutes. The move underscores the firm’s shift toward helping e‑commerce brands handle growing data volumes and deliver personalized experiences more efficiently.
Founded in 2012 in Kraków by Grzegorz Błażewicz and Konrad Pawlus, the company was majority‑acquired in September 2021 by Perwyn and SilverTree Equity, which financed its global expansion. Acquisitions of Finland’s Leadoo and Poland’s Thulium have been incorporated into the Manago AI portfolio. CEO Phil Draper said the platform “changes the state of marketing by turning data into action in a few minutes, while preserving full strategic control.”
