Manaus completes beam installation for Passarão Road Complex

The Manaus City Hall, through the Municipal Secretariat of Infrastructure (Seminf), has completed the installation of 24 beams for the Passarão Road Complex viaduct in the city's West Zone. The lifting process was finalized on Saturday, August 15, one day ahead of the scheduled deadline.

According to Seminf, the viaduct portion of the project has reached 72% completion. In addition to the beam installation, work has progressed on pre-slabs, scaffolding, and pile drilling. The project also includes the installation of 'New Jersey' concrete barriers to ensure vehicle safety on the future roadway. Following the completion of the beam lifting, traffic in the region has been restored.
