Manaus municipal job fair lists 599 open positions

The Manaus City Hall, through its Sine Manaus program, announced a job fair offering 599 vacancies on Tuesday, 21 July. Applicants can register using the Digital Work Card app or the government employment portal. The fair is held at two locations: the Constantino Nery Avenue office in the São Geraldo district and the Phelippe Daou Shopping on Camapuã Avenue in Cidade de Deus.

Candidates must bring original documents, including a COVID‑19 vaccination proof, résumé, certificates, identification, CPF, PIS, work card, and proof of residence. No photocopies are required. The fair enforces a dress code that prohibits shorts, skirts, tank tops, and open‑toe shoes. New positions include 345 openings for refrigeration assistants (requiring elementary education and six months of experience) and five slots for refrigeration mechanics (requiring high‑school education and six months of experience). Applications remain open until 21 July 2026 or until the positions are filled.
