Manaus hosts fourth annual Family Festival

The Sementes do Verbo Catholic Community is hosting the fourth edition of the ‘Festival das Famílias’ in Manaus, Brazil. Held from September 11 to 13 at the Casa de Retiros Maria de Loreto, the event focuses on the theme ‘Curados em suas Feridas’ (Healed in your Wounds).

The festival aims to provide families with quality time away from daily routines to engage in faith, spirituality, and communal living. Activities are designed for all ages and include evangelization, catechesis, artistic workshops, family games, and cultural performances. Approximately 200 people are expected to attend the Manaus gathering, which is being held simultaneously in Belém, Palmas, and Rio de Janeiro.
