Manaus Municipal Government hosts workplace relations seminar

The Manaus City Hall, through the Municipal Education Secretariat (Semed), conducted a lecture titled ‘Workplace Relations’ for approximately 350 civil servants. The event, held at the Luiz Geraldo Pontes Teixeira auditorium, targeted employees from four sectors of the School Management Support Department (Dage).

As part of Semed’s Integrity and Compliance Program, the seminar focused on professional ethics, mutual respect, and the prevention of harassment. Speaker Deivisson da Costa Cruz Reis emphasized the importance of legal awareness and good faith in both public service and personal interactions to ensure the proper functioning of public administration.

Karla Loura, head of Dage, stated that the initiative aims to foster healthier interpersonal relationships and improve the overall work environment for staff.
