Manaus opens gastronomic registrations for #SouManaus 2026

The Manaus City Hall, through the Municipal Foundation of Culture, Tourism and Events (ManausCult) and in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants in Amazonas (Abrasel-AM), has opened registration for gastronomic entrepreneurs interested in participating in the ‘#SouManaus Passo a Paço 2026’ festival.

Interested entrepreneurs must complete their registration by August 21, 2026. The initiative aims to promote Amazonian gastronomy and expand business opportunities during one of the capital's largest cultural events. According to Márcio Braz, president of ManausCult, the inclusion of the food sector is a strategy to strengthen the local creative economy and showcase the cultural identity of Manaus to a wider audience.
