Cristiano Ronaldo likely ends Portugal international career after camp departure

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly made an irrevocable decision to stop playing for the Portuguese national team following a dispute with coach Jorge Jesus. The 41-year-old superstar left the team camp via private jet to Madrid after being left out of the starting lineup for consecutive Nations League matches against Norway and Denmark.

Coach Jorge Jesus defended his decision, stating that rules apply equally to all players regardless of status. Despite the controversy, Portugal secured a 4-2 victory against Denmark. Ronaldo, who has 234 caps and 146 goals, has not yet provided a full public explanation for his departure.
