Manchester City eyes Omar Marmoush and Ayoub Bouaadi in summer transfer market
Manchester City is reported to be actively pursuing Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush, who joined the club for around £60 million from Eintracht Frankfurt. Analysts say his ability to play as a central striker or left‑winger, combined with his speed and scoring record in the Premier League and Bundesliga, makes him a more complete option than other targets. Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have also been linked to Marmoush as the summer window approaches.
The club is also targeting 18‑year‑old Moroccan midfielder Ayoub Bouaadi, who gained prominence after Morocco’s showing at the 2026 World Cup. Manchester City’s scouting reports highlight his tactical intelligence, defensive positioning, ball retention and physicality. Although his market value is reported to exceed €100 million, any transfer would depend on negotiations with his current French club Lille.
