Chelsea winger Pedro Neto draws interest from Manchester City, Liverpool and Saudi clubs

Chelsea FC has said it is not prepared to sell Portuguese winger Pedro Neto cheaply but would consider a major offer. The club’s valuation is reported around €80 million, with sources noting that fees for other top wide‑players this summer exceed £100 million.

Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca, who previously worked with Neto at Chelsea, has expressed a "genuine and concrete interest" in signing the 26‑year‑old, and the club is said to be ready to spend up to €80 million. Liverpool are also monitoring the situation, while Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal has been linked to a possible bid through Neto’s agent Jorge Mendes.

Neto is currently on holiday after representing Portugal at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and Chelsea has indicated that any transfer would only proceed if the fee matches the player’s market value.
