Manchester City pursues Moroccan midfielder Ayoub Bouaddi
Manchester City have intensified talks with French club Lille to sign 18‑year‑old Moroccan midfielder Ayoub Bouaddi. The player attracted attention after his performances for Morocco at the 2026 World Cup.
Lille hold Bouaddi under a contract running to June 2029, allowing them to demand a fee estimated at €80 million. Negotiations could be completed in the current summer window or postponed to 2027. Other elite clubs such as Arsenal, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint‑Germain, Bayern Munich and Liverpool have also been linked to the youngster.
