Manchester opens first alcohol-free bar, Without

Without, located at 889 Elm Street in downtown Manchester, New Hampshire, has opened as the city’s first completely alcohol-free bar. The establishment offers an intimate nightlife experience with a 26-seat capacity.

The venue focuses on craft zero-proof cocktails using house-made ingredients, such as shrubs and infusions. Featured menu items include the Star Gazer, containing blackberry, honey, and black sesame, and The Ripple Effect, which features a strawberry-kiwi shrub and Szechuan white peppercorns.
