Manchester United and Inter Milan eye River Plate goalkeeper Santiago Beltrán

Manchester United and Inter Milan have made initial contact regarding the potential transfer of River Plate goalkeeper Santiago Beltrán. The 21-year-old Argentine, who recently made his senior international debut, is being monitored by several European clubs as a long-term prospect.

Beltrán is currently under contract with River Plate until December 2027, though negotiations for an extension have reportedly stalled. While his market value is estimated at approximately 11 million euros, his contract includes a release clause of 21 million euros.

In addition to Manchester United and Inter Milan, Aston Villa has reportedly sent scouts to evaluate the player. Manchester United is looking to bolster its goalkeeping depth, while Inter Milan views the young goalkeeper as a strategic long-term investment.
