Manchester United blocks Joshua Zirkzee transfer to Everton

Manchester United has decided to retain Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee, blocking several potential transfer moves during the final stages of the summer transfer window.

Despite significant interest from Juventus and Fiorentina regarding a return to Italy, those negotiations failed to materialize. In the closing moments of the market, Everton also attempted a move to bring the former Bologna player to Liverpool, but Manchester United rejected the proposal immediately. The decision to keep Zirkzee was reportedly driven by the club's lack of time to secure a suitable replacement before the window closed.

Zirkzee is expected to remain with the Red Devils at least until the January transfer window, when his future may be reconsidered.
