Manchester United considers Eddie Howe to replace Michael Carrick

Manchester United is exploring potential managerial replacements for Michael Carrick following a difficult start to the season. The club has reportedly won only two of its last twelve matches, including recent losses to Como and Bournemouth.

According to reports, the club has engaged in preliminary conversations with agents and representatives. Eddie Howe is currently considered the primary candidate, followed by Julian Nagelsmann and Antonio Conte. Other names mentioned in discussions include Unai Emery and Fabian Hürzeler.

While the club has not made a definitive decision and may allow Carrick more time, the search for a successor is viewed as a standard preparatory measure during a period of poor performance.
