Manchester United eyes summer overhaul with Bayern bid for Rashford and Barcelona midfielder target
Bayern Munich has signaled a willingness to pay around €40 million (about $43 million) to acquire Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford, a price higher than the two proposals previously made by Barcelona. United is keen to secure the largest possible fee to reinvest in its squad for the upcoming season.
At the same time, Manchester United are in talks with Barcelona to bring midfielder Marc Casado to Old Trafford as part of a broader midfield restructuring. The club, which has already agreed the transfer of goalkeeper Ederson from Atalanta, is also monitoring other midfield options such as Elliot Anderson and Aurélien Tchouaméni while preparing for the possible exits of Casemiro and Manuel Ugarte.
