Manchester United faces growing injury crisis as Mazraoui sidelined

Manchester United faces a growing injury crisis as Noussair Mazraoui became the 11th player to suffer an injury during the international break. The defender was forced off during Morocco's 1-0 victory over Lesotho in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier after sustaining injuries to his left hip and lower back.

Mazraoui's absence is significant as he serves as a versatile option for the fullback positions. He joins a growing list of unavailable players that includes Amad Diallo, Matthijs de Ligt, Manuel Ugarte, and Tom Heaton.

Other notable players affected by injuries during international duty include Bruno Fernandes, Patrick Dorgu, Marcus Rashford, Kobbie Mainoo, Benjamin Šeško, and goalkeeper Karl Darlow.
