Tottenham secures £85m Mateus Fernandes signing, outbidding Manchester United

United are said to be prepared to meet Bournemouth’s £80 million valuation for the 22‑year‑old, a Tottenham fan who could provide a younger alternative to replace Casemiro in United’s midfield.
