Manchester United monitoring Club Brugge defender Joaquin Seys

Manchester United is reportedly maintaining active interest in Club Brugge defender Joaquin Seys as the club evaluates options for the left-back position. The 21-year-old has become a key figure for the Belgian side, recently contributing to a 3-0 victory against Genk with two assists and a clean sheet.

United’s recruitment efforts, led by director Christopher Vivell and Jason Wilcox, have kept Seys on their shortlist after previous targets, such as Nathaniel Brown and Lewis Hall, did not materialize. Seys, who is under contract with Club Brugge until 2029, is viewed as a long-term prospect to provide competition or replacement for Luke Shaw. Scouts from the club were recently observed monitoring his performance in recent matches.
