Manchester United player Yuri Tielemans supports Michael Carrick

Manchester United midfielder Yuri Tielemans has expressed his support for manager Michael Carrick amid the club’s difficult start to the Premier League season. Following eight matches with only one victory, the team currently sits in 16th place and recently suffered an exit from the Europa Conference League against Brighton.

Speaking to TNT Sports, Tielemans emphasized the need for stability and unity within the squad. He stated that he joined the club specifically because of Carrick and noted that the manager is working to implement a system that makes the players feel comfortable. Tielemans argued against making sudden changes, suggesting that the team needs to continue working hard to overturn their current situation.

Carrick’s future at the club may be decided following an upcoming match against Chelsea.
