Manciano municipality invests in school infrastructure and safety
The Municipality of Manciano has announced several investments in school infrastructure to ensure safety and maintenance ahead of the new school year. In Marsiliana, safety works on a nursery school roof, costing over 500,000 euros, have been completed.
In Montemerano, 130,000 euros have been allocated for the safety of an external playground and roof waterproofing at a converted nursery school. Additionally, 150,000 euros are programmed for safety improvements at the primary school in the municipal center.
The most significant project is the Saturnia school complex, which involves a 2.76 million euro investment for the partial demolition, reconstruction, and structural recovery of the buildings. Public Works Assessor Marco Galli emphasized the administration's high priority on the safety of these daily-use facilities.
