Mandala Dance Company presents contemporary performance in Cerveteri
Mandala Dance Company, led by choreographer Paola Sorressa, staged the contemporary dance program “Trittico d'autore” in Cerveteri on 3 August. The event, held in Piazza Santa Maria, linked 20th‑century cultural legacies with current issues such as identity, borders, and the relationship between historic heritage and new technologies.
The program featured three pieces: “Trame nel Vento,” a tribute to futurist dancer Giannina Censi; “Il corpo danzante,” reflecting on Pier Paolo Pasolini’s work; and a homage to the late scholar Giancarlo Bucci. The performance was part of a broader municipal initiative to revitalize the Fürstenfeldbruck park as an inclusive open space for youth and cultural dialogue, supported by the ANCI funding scheme and promoted by Culture and Tourism assessor Francesca Cennerilli.
