Mandana Dayani discusses working with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Mandana Dayani, the former Chief Operating Officer of the Archewell foundation, has spoken about her experience working with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Dayani, an Iranian-American businesswoman, served as president of the organization from April 2021 until June 2022.

Dayani stated that she was inspired by the couple’s decision to dissent against the monarchy, describing their actions as an act of courage. She noted that watching them decide that the institution was not right for them was a significant factor in her decision to join their mission to drive systemic cultural change.

According to statements from Archewell, Dayani played a key role in leading the organization during the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s parental leave. She maintained a positive relationship with the couple, which she says continues to this day.
