Cetraro to inaugurate new Casa della Comunità healthcare facility

A new Casa della Comunità (Community House) is set to be inaugurated this Thursday at 11:30 AM in Cetraro, located within Pavilion C of the local hospital. The facility aims to strengthen territorial healthcare by bringing services closer to citizens.

The multidisciplinary team will include general practitioners, pediatricians, outpatient specialists, family and community nurses, social workers, and psychologists. This integrated approach is designed to manage complex health and social needs. General practitioners will provide 12-hour shifts, with medical guard services available during night hours. The center will also focus on prevention through screenings and health programs, supported by local volunteer associations.
