Approximately 50 individuals, many wearing hoods, were reportedly involved in the disturbances, using items such as firecrackers, iron bars, belts, and stones. Some of the violence reportedly extended to the city's beach.

Five people required medical attention at the scene. Local authorities are currently investigating the incident to identify those responsible.

Both the Manfredonia municipal administration and the Manfredonia Calcio club have issued strong condemnations of the violence.
