Mangalia kidnapping investigation leads to protection order

An investigation is ongoing regarding a kidnapping that occurred in front of the ‘La Șnitzel’ establishment on Mangalia Road. The victim's former partner, Marian I., was forcibly taken into a Porsche vehicle with the assistance of others.

A court has issued a 12-month protection order for the victim. The order requires the defendant, who is currently in preventive arrest, to maintain a minimum distance of 200 meters from the victim, her daughter, and her residence. Additionally, the defendant must wear an electronic monitoring device and undergo psychological counseling. Evidence presented in court, including photographic documentation of physical injuries, supported the victim's claims of aggression.
