Manhattan and Quinnipiac secure Metro Conference volleyball wins

In recent Metro Conference women's volleyball action at Draddy Gymnasium, both Manhattan University and Quinnipiac University secured conference victories.

Manhattan University earned its first conference win of the season by defeating Merrimack in four sets (25-22, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21). The Jaspers, playing before a large home crowd, utilized strong scoring runs in the third and fourth sets to overcome a second-set loss.

Quinnipiac University also secured a conference win, defeating Manhattan in four sets (23-25, 33-31, 26-24, 25-13). Sahra Ozbiltekin led the Bobcats with a career-high 24 kills and 15 digs. Other notable performances included double-doubles from Giulia Ragusa and Sophia Minlend.
