Manhattan Associates Posts Record Q2 Earnings, Cloud Revenue Jumps 26%

Manhattan Associates announced record second‑quarter results for fiscal 2026, citing accelerating cloud revenue and three consecutive quarters of record bookings.

Revenue rose 9% year‑over‑year to $298 million, with cloud revenue increasing 26% to $127 million. Adjusted operating profit was $104 million, yielding a 34.9% margin, and earnings per share came in at $1.39, beating analysts' consensus of $1.32 by $0.07. Shares gained about 5.6% to $168.17 in trading after the release.

Bookings hit a third straight record, driven by new customer logos that contributed more than 25% of cloud bookings and conversions of on‑premises contracts to the Manhattan Active platform accounting for over 40% of new cloud revenue. Remaining performance obligations grew 23% year‑over‑year to $2.47 billion.
