Manhattan mansion theft: Widow sues partner for $16 million estate funds
Marianne Flippo, a 49-year-old widow, has filed a lawsuit against her partner, Gregg Starr, alleging he emptied her bank accounts. The legal dispute follows Flippo’s $15.9 million purchase of a historic Beaux-Arts mansion in Manhattan.
The six-story estate, built in 1903, features 12 bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private cinema, and a wellness level. Flippo claims her relationship with Starr, 38, began after she sought an Italian speaker for a trip and was directed to the agency ‘Cowboys 4 Angels’. She alleges she was unaware the agency provided male escorts until her relationship with Starr had already become close.
