Tabitha Bundrick, 39, has pleaded guilty to three counts of second-degree murder and one count of second-degree assault in Manhattan. Prosecutors stated that between April 2023 and February 2024, Bundrick targeted four men by offering sexual encounters and then providing them with drugs laced with fentanyl to render them unconscious.
Once the victims were incapacitated, Bundrick robbed them of personal belongings, including cell phones, money, watches, clothing, and shoes. The scheme resulted in the deaths of Mario Paullan, Miguel Navez, and Abrihan Fernandez. One victim survived the encounter.
District Attorney Alvin Bragg noted that Bundrick showed a “shocking indifference” to the lives of her victims. Bundrick faces a sentence of between 27 years and life in prison. Her upcoming sentencing is expected to run concurrently with previous federal drug distribution sentences related to the same scheme.
