Manik Saha promotes blood donation in Agartala

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has participated in multiple blood donation initiatives in Agartala, emphasizing the importance of voluntary service to society.

At a camp organized by the Border Security Force (BSF) in collaboration with the Rotary Club, Dr. Saha praised BSF personnel for their dual role in maintaining India-Bangladesh border security and engaging in humanitarian efforts. He noted that the state government is working to strengthen coordination through new state and district-level committees to ensure border security and public welfare.

In a separate event at Banamalipur Mahanam Angan, organized by the Nikhil Tripura Mahanam Sebak Sangha, the Chief Minister highlighted how blood donation connects spiritual values with social responsibility. He described voluntary donation as a vital form of humanitarian service that provides others with a second chance at life, calling on all sections of society to participate in such welfare activities.
