Manilva conducts maintenance on municipal defibrillators

The Manilva City Council is conducting a comprehensive review and inventory of its municipal automated external defibrillators (AEDs). This maintenance effort, supported by the company Meduba, follows reports that several devices have already been utilized during cardiac emergencies, particularly by the Manilva Local Police.

The inspection process ensures that all units, including those located in schools such as CEIP Pablo Picasso and IES Las Viñas, as well as sports facilities like Pabellon Las Viñas and Ciudad Deportiva de Sabinillas, are fully operational. Local officials emphasized that regular checks are vital to guarantee the equipment is ready for immediate use in life-saving situations.
