Manipur CM inaugurates healthcare facilities in Kangpokpi

Manipur Chief Minister Khemchand Yumnam inaugurated several new healthcare facilities in Kangpokpi on Saturday. The new infrastructure includes a dialysis unit at the Community Health Centre (CHC) Kangpokpi and a district blood storage facility at the District Hospital in Kangpokpi.

In addition to the medical facilities, the Chief Minister handed over an ambulance to improve emergency transport services. Yumnam also laid the foundation stone for a new Observation Home at the Kangpokpi District Headquarters and distributed monthly financial assistance to beneficiaries under Mission Vatsalya.

During visits to Gamgiphai and Damdei along NH-2, the Chief Minister interacted with local residents regarding their concerns. He noted that the reopening of national highways is a significant step toward restoring stability in the state.
