Serkan Kurtuluş extradited from Argentina to Turkey FAST-MOVING

Organized crime leader Serkan Kurtuluş has been extradited from Argentina to Turkey following an international operation coordinated by the Ministry of Interior, Interpol, and Europol. Kurtuluş, who was wanted via a red notice, faces multiple serious charges including premeditated murder, intentional killing, forming a criminal organization, and armed robbery.

In a separate operation in Istanbul, nine suspects were detained as part of an investigation into the 'Şapkalılar' organized crime group. The group is linked to several violent incidents, including a wounding in Beyoğlu and shootings at businesses in Kağıthane.

Additionally, a large-scale prostitution investigation spanning Antalya, Istanbul, and Muğla resulted in the arrest of six suspects. This investigation is reportedly linked to the previous arrest of Tuğçe G., a former youth center official for the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.

In Istanbul, authorities also dismantled a visa fraud ring. Thirty-seven suspects were arrested for using bot software to manipulate consulate appointment systems, a scheme that involved approximately 2.8 billion lira in gross money movement.
