Manitou Group and HD Construction Equipment form global partnership

Manitou Group and HD Construction Equipment have entered into a cross-distribution partnership agreement to expand their global offerings in the compact construction equipment market.

Under the terms of the alliance, Manitou Group will incorporate product lines engineered by HD Construction Equipment into its portfolio. These products will be marketed internationally through Manitou’s dealer network under the Manitou and GEHL brands, including full product support and services.

In exchange, HD Construction Equipment will utilize Manitou Group’s engineering and manufacturing expertise to improve its own compact equipment catalog for its global distribution network. Manitou Group expects this new activity to contribute approximately 5% to its total sales by 2030.
