Mannheim Police locate missing 89-year-old man

Police in Mannheim successfully located an 89-year-old man who had gone missing in the city center. The search began on Tuesday afternoon after his 90-year-old wife reported him missing after he failed to return to her following a trip to a doctor.

The man had become disoriented in the city's 'Quadrate' district and had forgotten where he parked his vehicle. After approximately one hour of searching, a police patrol team located the car, and the man eventually walked back to his wife on foot. The couple expressed relief and gratitude for the police assistance.
