Manoj Bajpayee purchases 4.45 acres of land in Pune for Rs 1.37 crore

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has purchased 4.45 acres (1.80 hectares) of agricultural land in Tailbaila village, located in the Mulshi taluka of the Pune district. The transaction, registered on August 25, 2026, was valued at approximately Rs 1.37 crore.

According to property registration documents, the land was acquired from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain. The purchase involved a stamp duty payment of approximately Rs 6.87 lakh. This acquisition follows previous real estate investments by the actor and his wife, Shabana Raza Bajpayee, including a Rs 32.94 crore purchase of commercial office units in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area in 2023.
