Manpower and Bogotá Metro announce new job openings in Colombia

Manpower Colombia has launched a recruitment drive offering 800 vacancies for commercial advisors in the fashion sector. These roles, which include sales and customer service, are open to high school graduates with or without prior experience. Additionally, 600 more positions are available for the year-end season in areas such as supply, beauty products, and food promotion, totaling 1,400 available jobs.

The fashion sector roles are distributed across Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, and other cities. Selected candidates will receive the current legal minimum wage, with start dates projected for November 15. Applicants are encouraged to apply through the official Manpower Colombia employment platform.

Separately, a recruitment call is seeking technical and operational staff for the Bogotá Metro construction project. The vacancies include roles for wet network officers, masonry officers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and construction foremen. The initiative specifically targets residents of Montería and surrounding municipalities, offering a relocation bonus to assist workers moving from Córdoba to Bogotá.
