Manpower Minister Yassierli emphasizes communication for entrepreneurs

Indonesian Manpower Minister Yassierli has emphasized that mastering communication skills is a critical factor for the success and sustainability of entrepreneurs and self-employed workers. He noted that business growth depends not only on acquiring new customers but also on maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer loyalty.

To achieve this, Yassierli recommended that business owners adopt customer relationship management (CRM) practices, such as maintaining consistent product quality and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met. He cited the healthcare sector as a practical example of effective communication through post-treatment follow-ups.

In support of these efforts, the Ministry of Manpower has provided business development capital this year. Approximately 1,000 established self-employed workers received Rp15 million each, while 8,731 new entrepreneurs received Rp5 million each. The Minister stressed that the effective management of this capital is essential for driving business growth.
