Employers cite internal expansion and the need for new roles, with the automotive sector projecting a 100% hiring surge, followed by utilities, construction, and IT services. Regionally, Pereira leads with a 63% outlook, while Bogotá and Medellín are more modest. In Chile, ManpowerGroup warns that unemployment has risen to its highest level in five years.
