Manque Granados hosts entrepreneurship workshop as Juárez Congress pushes housing regularization

Federal deputy Manque Granados invited residents of the La Villa neighborhood in Chihuahua to a free entrepreneurship program, "Sabadito Emprendedor con Manque," featuring a jewelry‑making workshop on 1 August. The event, held at the local community center, also included government agency booths offering information on support services for new businesses.

The Chihuahua State Congress approved a resolution urging the mayor of Ciudad Juárez to create dialogue mechanisms that would allow roughly 600 families to regularize their housing by allocating municipal land for the proposed Colonia Victoria, emphasizing legal and dignified living conditions.
