Mansour bin Zayed and Hakan Fidan discuss UAE-Türkiye strategic partnership

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Abu Dhabi to discuss deepening the strategic partnership between the two nations.

The discussions focused on expanding joint economic initiatives, accelerating commercial exchanges, and identifying new channels for direct investment. Key sectors for cooperation include trade, technology, renewable energy, and transport infrastructure.

Both parties reviewed existing cooperation frameworks and discussed optimizing market access under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. The meeting also addressed the growth of non-oil trade volumes and potential joint ventures in advanced manufacturing, digital infrastructure, and logistics corridors to improve cross-border supply chain resilience.
