Mansoura University ranks second among Egyptian universities in Shanghai Ranking

Mansoura University has maintained its standing in the 2026 Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), commonly known as the Shanghai Ranking. The university secured a joint second place among Egyptian universities and is ranked within the 601–700 global category.

University President Dr. Sherif Khater stated that this result reflects advancements in the scientific research system, improved academic production quality, and expanded international research partnerships. The university's performance aligns with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's strategies to enhance innovation and academic excellence.
