Mansu Technologies secures Ghana SEC virtual asset sandbox approval

Mansu Technologies Ltd, the operator of the ‘Crypto Made Easy’ platform, has been admitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Ghana’s Virtual Asset Sandbox. This admission, announced on 10 March 2026, makes Mansu one of only two companies in Ghana authorized to participate in both the SEC’s virtual asset sandbox and the Bank of Ghana’s regulatory sandbox.

Under the approval, Mansu is permitted to conduct virtual asset brokerage services within a controlled and monitored environment. The SEC’s sandbox was established under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2025 (Act 1154) to allow regulators to gather practical data to inform the final licensing guidelines for the sector. Mansu joins five other entities in the SEC’s pilot cohort, testing various virtual asset activities under direct regulatory supervision.
