Mantova hosts dance and jazz performances at Piazza Aliprandi

The "Festa di Piazze" festival returns to Mantova on August 11 at Piazza Aliprandi. Organized by the Amici di Palazzo Te and the Musei Mantovani with support from the Municipality of Mantova, the event aims to revitalize urban spaces through art and music.

The evening will feature institutional greetings from Deputy Mayor Chiara Sortino and Italo Scaietta. The cultural program includes a contemporary dance performance titled "Naturale," choreographed by Chiara Olivieri and performed by Adele Piscitelli, Zagana Capiluppi, and Federica Poma. This will be followed by a jazz concert from students of the Lucio Campiani Conservatory, featuring Zoe Passarini, Raffaele Braghini, and Marco Cocconi, performing works by artists such as Miles Davis and George Gershwin.

Local stalls will be available starting at 8:45 PM. The festival series is scheduled to continue on August 25 in Piazza Cavallotti.
