Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge return for My Kitchen Rules season 16

The 16th season of the Australian reality cooking series My Kitchen Rules (MKR) is set to premiere with judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge returning to their roles. New contestants include a mother-daughter duo from Queensland, Krysten and Lucy, who plan to serve chili crab shio pan and pain au chocolat. Other participants include Angus and Simon, a pair from South Australia, and Alisha and Deanne.

Feildel and Fassnidge offered advice for the upcoming competition: Feildel warned contestants not to focus on the clock to avoid stress, while Fassnidge emphasized the importance of having contingency plans to handle unexpected issues during service.
