Manu Koné injury threatens France squad selection

French midfielder Manu Koné faces a potential period of unavailability following an injury sustained during AS Roma’s match against Real Madrid. After leaving the pitch early in the encounter, medical examinations revealed a first-degree lesion in his right biceps femoris.

Italian media reports suggest the Roma player may be sidelined for three to four weeks, which could jeopardize his participation in the upcoming November international break under manager Zinédine Zidane. This injury may create an opening for Aurélien Tchouaméni, who is regaining form at Real Madrid, to return to the national team squad.
