Manuel Akanji addresses Manchester City trophies and Inter Milan goals

Manuel Akanji, currently playing for Inter Milan, has expressed concern regarding the potential loss of trophies won during his tenure at Manchester City. This follows a ruling by an independent commission that found Manchester City guilty of 114 out of 115 alleged financial irregularities occurring between 2009 and 2018.

Although Akanji joined Manchester City in 2022, after the period under investigation, he noted that he has been told by club management to remain calm and that the situation is under control. He expressed hope that his previous achievements, including Premier League titles, FA Cups, and the Champions League, will not be revoked. The club has filed an appeal against the commission's findings.

Separately, Akanji discussed his ambitions with Inter Milan, stating that his goal is to win every competition available rather than just repeating previous successes. He also addressed his adaptation to Inter's defensive systems and his desire to maintain high individual performance levels in Serie A.
