Manuel Bravo's Virtual Rome 3D Tour Recreates Ancient City

YouTuber Manuel Bravo has produced a 3‑D video series called “Virtual Rome” that reconstructs the city of Rome as it appeared in the second century AD, when its architecture was at its peak. Using a camera that mimics modern drone footage, the tour flies over the Capitoline Hill, the Temples of Jupiter and Juno Moneta, the Roman Forum, the Curia Julia, the Rostra, the Regia and the underground Tullianum (now the Mamertine Prison). The footage offers perspectives that no ancient Roman ever saw, providing an educational visualisation of the ancient capital.
