Spanish 17‑year‑old Manuel Castaño, teamed with fellow Spaniard Enrique Goenaga, defeated the world No.6 pair Coki Nieto and Jon Sanz at the Pretoria Premier Padel P1 tournament in South Africa. The match ended 7‑6 (3), 6‑7 (4), 6‑4 after more than two hours, sending Castaño and Goenaga into the round of 16.
