Manuel Dallori launches KRYO Gelateria in Sharm el-Sheikh

Entrepreneur Manuel Dallori is launching KRYO Gelateria Artigianale Italiana in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. The new concept aims to combine Italian quality and design with the tourism landscape of the Red Sea.

KRYO is the latest addition to Dallori's hospitality group, which already operates brands such as The Beach Luxury Club, Cava Restaurant, Cava Bar, and Shagara at the Domina Coral Bay resort. The gelateria is designed to reflect the traditions and atmospheres of Sicily, a region where the group also maintains a presence with existing structures in Santa Flavia, Palermo.

Following the opening in Egypt, the group plans to expand the KRYO concept to Sicily.
